This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumer Rights)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of delivery.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction if items are returned damaged, used, or incomplete.
3. Refunds for Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind)
If you return an item because it is no longer required or unsuitable for your application:
- We will refund the cost of the product only
- Original outbound postage is non-refundable
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and a brief description of the issue
If a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer one of the following in line with EU consumer law:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A full refund (including original postage, where applicable)
5. Materials with Inherent Characteristics
Some products, including plywood and other timber-based sheets, have inherent characteristics that are not considered faults.
These may include warping, bowing, or movement typical of thin plywood sheets, which can vary with humidity, temperature, and transport.
Such characteristics are normal for these materials and do not qualify as defects.
Returns will not be accepted for these reasons alone.
6. Sheet Size Tolerance
Sheet materials are supplied slightly oversized to allow for trimming to final dimensions.
Minor dimensional variation can occur due to imperial-to-metric conversion and cutting tolerances.
This is intentional and standard practice for laser-ready materials.
7. Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Items cut, engraved, or modified to customer specifications
- Digital downloads or files
